Assault

  • Joel Robert Davisson, 34, of Butte, Mont., was charged with fourth-degree assault after a woman said he pulled her hair and pulled his fist back in threatening manner Tuesday at the Best Western.

  • Chase Ryan Pritchard, 19, of Fairbanks, was charged with fourth-degree assault after a woman said he grabbed and punched her during an altercation on Oct. 30.

  • A man said he was attacked after telling another man he could not use a bathroom while it was being cleaned.

The incident occurred Aug. 31 at the Bentley Mall.

The man allegedly told Clint Knix, 61, of Delta, that that the mall bathroom was closed and he could not used it. Knix responded by saying “No one tells me what to do,” threw the man against a wall, and shoved him repeatedly, according to a criminal complaint filed in court. He then used the bathroom and left.

Knix has been charged with fourth-degree assault.

Police were able to track Knix down because the man got his license plate number.
